What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:

• All conversation history — every session, summary, and transcript
• All memories — facts, relationships, preferences learned about you
• Emotional patterns — time-based patterns, recurring concerns, mood data
• Voice quotes — saved representative utterances
• Account information — email, settings, subscription metadata

How to delete your account

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the 4mi app on your device
2. Go to Settings from the bottom navigation
3. Scroll to Privacy & Safety
4. Tap "Delete all my data"
5. Confirm deletion

Option 2: Via email

If you can't access the app, send an email to support@4mi.me from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
